Dyspute.ai uses OpenAI’s technology to generate demand letters and demand letter responses, helping users draft clear, persuasive communications based on the details they provided. We also use OpenAI to power Adri, our AI mediator, who analyzes the information from both parties to generate fair settlement proposals.
No. We access OpenAI’s technology through an API, meaning your data is not used for training or improving OpenAI’s models.
Dyspute.ai uses two main services to operate the platform: Bubble.io and OpenAI.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, and we take security seriously to protect your data throughout the mediation process. You can learn more by reading our Privacy Policy.
No. The information you provide to Adri is confidential. The other party will only see how you voted on a proposal—meaning whether you selected Accept, Reject, or Modify when presented with Adri’s suggested resolution. You can also choose to share relevant documents with the other party during the mediation process.
No. Dyspute.ai’s mediation process is entirely text-based, meaning you never have to see, hear, or directly communicate with the other party. Adri facilitates the discussion and guides both sides toward a resolution.
Adri analyzes the information provided by both parties, including key concerns, goals, and relevant facts. Using AI-driven logic and mediation best practices, Adri generates fair and reasonable proposals designed to resolve the dispute while minimizing back-and-forth negotiation.
One of the best features of human mediation is the mediator’s proposal, where the mediator takes all the information received from both parties and makes a reasonable settlement suggestion. We made this a central feature of our platform. Adri generates proposals based on all relevant information, removing the pressure of deciding who should make the first move or what an offer should be. This approach can increase the likelihood of reaching a fair resolution.
Yes, but only when both parties agree to a resolution and sign a settlement agreement. Once signed, the agreement becomes legally binding, but it is up to each party to follow through with their commitments. Dyspute.ai provides a simple settlement agreement for the parties to use, though they may revise it or use their own template if preferred.
Not yet. Our system focuses on the facts and goals presented by each party, rather than specific legal technicalities. However, well-reasoned and structured dispute correspondence or resolution proposals can still be persuasive and effective in most situations.
While Adri can assist with almost any dispute, Dyspute.ai is most effective for common two-party disputes that are relatively straightforward and lower in dollar value. This includes disagreements over contracts, services, business transactions, property damage, landlord-tenant issues, and unpaid invoices. If your dispute is highly complex, involves multiple parties, or requires in-depth legal analysis, traditional mediation or legal counsel may be more appropriate.
