Dyspute.ai was founded by Renee Jackson. Renee grew up in a blue collar family outside of Boston, played college basketball at Columbia University, and then cut her teeth as a litigation paralegal at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City. She earned a JD/MBA from the University of Connecticut, trained in employment law and litigation at Nixon Peabody, and then took her legal skills in-house to Zynga, Splunk, Wish, and Clutter. Renee held several executive roles in Legal, HR, and Compliance before becoming a founder.
After over a decade in the Bay Area, she now lives a quieter life in New Hampshire with her partner and their dogs. She teaches Negotiations to business school students at the University of New Hampshire and runs Blue Oak Legal, a small law firm specializing in employment law, commercial contracting, tech transactions, product compliance, corporate compliance, dispute resolution, and investigations.
Inspiration For Dyspute.ai
Renee's unique experience and acute understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and businesses trying to access the legal system sparked the concept behind Dyspute.ai. As a first-time entrepreneur, Renee is actively involved in the continuous development of Dyspute.ai, relying on a close-knit group of advisors to refine and enhance its offerings and capabilities.
Her vision for Dyspute.ai is clear: to revolutionize the way we resolve common legal disputes by harnessing the power of AI and making mediation accessible and affordable for all. Join us in exploring the future of dispute resolution, led by one of the most forward-thinking founders in the industry.

Why Frank Joined Dyspute.ai
Through the thousands of disputes Frank has resolved in his career, he has always understood that the best resolutions come from specific, clear, and deliberate communications focused on the parties’ true interests. Whether a dispute involves the simple removal of content from a website, or a demand to change core technology in internationally distributed products, the same principle holds true: the best outcome often comes only after each side presents its case clearly, articulates what matters most to them, and hears the other side’s position.
Frank was attracted to Dyspute.ai because of its mission to provide a fair, efficient, and cost-effective way to resolve different types of legal disputes. While some disputes simply cannot be resolved without going to court, Frank recognized that Dyspute.ai can help in the vast majority of cases by empowering individuals and businesses–whether or not they have any legal training–to try to resolve conflicts on their own. Frank was also excited to join long-time colleague and friend, Renee Jackson, in helping develop Adri, the first generation of AI-mediation tools.

Adri is the dedicated artificial intelligence mediator that powers Dyspute.ai. Conceived by our co-founders and built by a team of expert technologists, Adri is more than a feature; Adri is a core member of our team, designed to bring decades of litigation and mediation insight to every case, making resolution faster, smarter, and more accessible.
Adri's Role in Resolution:
Adri ensures that everyone has access to professional, affordable dispute resolution. Adri does not take sides; Adri only works tirelessly toward a swift, mutual resolution.
Adri is trained on the Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators and the ICODR's ODR Standards. This ensures your mediation is built on the same principles of impartiality, confidentiality, and fairness used by professional human mediators.
