Prohibited Use Policy

This Prohibited Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the prohibited uses of the website https://dyspute.ai (the “Website”) operated by Dyspute Inc., a Delaware Corporation (formerly Dyspute.ai LLC) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any content, services, tools, features, and functionality offered on or through the Website (collectively referred to as the “Services”).


If there is any conflict between this Policy and our Terms of Service (the “Terms,” available at https://dyspute.ai/terms-of-service), the Terms will prevail. The capitalized terms used in this Policy are defined in the Terms unless otherwise specified in this Policy. If you violate the Policy, we may take action against you or your Account, including immediate termination.


In addition to the restrictions set forth in Section 4.b of the Terms, you may not use Company’s Services to: 


  • Provide or purport to provide legal advice in violation of law or engage in the unauthorized practice of law
  • Generate content that is deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise unlawful
  • Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Input or share sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security Numbers, financial account numbers) beyond what is necessary for the intended legal use of the Services
  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
  • Submit, upload, or introduce artificial intelligence-generated deepfakes, manipulated audio recordings, or other documents or information designed to mislead users of the Services (including, without limitation, participants, parties, counsel, administrators, coordinators, mediators, and facilitators) or neutrals (including, without limitation, automated software systems, algorithms, and AI agents used in connection with the Company’s provision of the Services), or the Company’s internal tools or systems 
  • Launch adversarial prompt injection attacks, execute jailbreaking techniques, or deploy automated text overrides engineered to bypass, alter, or compromise the Company’s guardrails or safety protocols
  • Deploy scripts, automation software (bots), or programmatic query loops to systematically test, game, or manipulate the Services 
  • Use the Services as a high-volume, automated programmatic spam engine to generate mass demand letters or repetitive negotiation pings designed to overwhelm or harass individuals, businesses, or other third parties or networks 
  • Alter, forge, or manipulate platform-generated document outputs to falsely impersonate formal court or administrative orders, regulatory notices, consumer-protection materials, or official institutional communications
  • Circumvent or attempt to act as a substitute for required Legal proceedings, including, without limitation, those related to:
    • Bankruptcy-related proceedings (e.g., confirmation of repayment plans, sale of assets by trustee, settlement of claims against the bankruptcy estate, etc.)
    • Approvals of class-action settlements
    • Approvals of derivative-suit settlements
    • Sale of major assets in insolvency proceedings
    • Criminal plea agreements, diversion programs, juvenile dispositions, and similar actions
    • Settlements involving minors or legally incapacitated persons
    • Approvals of structured settlements requiring court proceedings
    • Wrongful death settlements
    • Modifications or terminations of irrevocable trusts
    • Foreign judgments
  • Finalize any of the following:
    • Divorce settlements
    • Child custody, adoption, or support arrangements
    • Termination of parental rights
    • Guardianships or conservatorships
    • Approvals of wills and probate of estates
    • Sales or distributions of estate assets
    • Appointments of executors or estate administrators
  • Enter into, fulfill, or perpetuate contracts related to illegal activities, including, without limitation:
    • Contracts to commit a crime or tort 
    • Contracts in violation of professional or government-mandated licensing or ethics laws
    • Contracts to defraud the government
    • Contracts to violate employment or labor laws
    • Contracts in restraint of trade (e.g., price-fixing agreements, non-compete or non-solicitation clauses that are against current law, etc.)
    • Gambling contracts
    • Contracts that violate public policy (e.g., surrogacy agreements where they are not permitted, indemnity clauses that cover intentional misconduct or criminal acts, etc.)
    • Usurious loan agreements
    • Contracts involving sexual or immoral consideration (e.g., contracts involving illegal prostitution)


Where the Company discovers or verifies that a user has violated this Policy, the Company reserves the right to terminate the user’s account immediately and report such activity to local law enforcement authorities, federal regulatory bodies, or other relevant authorities.

This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
